Superhero Customer Success Specialist

Job Overview: Are you passionate about helping customers and saving the day? Do you have a knack for technology and a love for problem-solving? Then this job is for you! We are seeking a Superhero Customer Support Specialist to join our team and provide outstanding support to our SaaS customers. In this role, you will be the hero our customers need, helping them overcome technical challenges and providing exceptional service. You'll also get to flex your Excel skills and apply your ecommerce experience to help our customers succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including email, phone, and chat.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our SaaS platform and assist customers with basic software questions.

Help customers optimize their use of our software by providing expert guidance and best practices.

Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Create and maintain customer support documentation and knowledge base articles.

Apply your Excel skills to help customers analyze and interpret data.

Use your ecommerce experience to provide valuable insights to customers and help them grow their businesses.

Qualifications:
​

1-2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Basic technical skills and previous software experience required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus.

Ecommerce experience is a plus.
-
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

A positive attitude and a desire to go above and beyond for our customers.
